Who's fault is it that you can't lose weight?

There is a huge controversy going on about whether the food-industry is to blame for making us a nation--and a world of overweight people. Some people think that all the supersized foods and two-for-ones and commercials on TV make it so hard to resist, that we simply must eat too much food.

Well, I say NO!! This very intersting article discusses the issue as well. While there is definitely temptation everywhere to eat too much, it is our responsibility to be educated, to read labels and to make healthy choices. In fact, the more responsibility we take for being healthy, the more likely it is that food companies will be forced to provide us with healthier choices. So, don't allow commercials or other advertising to be the reason you eat. Eat for your health, eat for energy. Eat enough, but don't overeat. Listen to your body, don't let the media guide your choices for health and happiness!
